As far back as I can remember I have always held a fascination with cameras and photography. Perhaps it was from sitting with my Granddad, a retired pharmacist and a keen local historian, who loved using his 35mm Pentax camera and developing his own film and prints, and whose equipment I inherited as a teenager. I also have vivid memories of my mum enthusiastically taking photos on our various travels and I am sure it will have been her that convinced my Dad to buy me my very first Fuji-120 compact camera at the age of seven. Over three decades and several camera advancements later, I still feel the same joy at pressing a button to capture a scene, recording a unique moment in time, that I did when I was young.
I am blessed to have turned my passion into my career and have worked as a professional photographer for over 20 years. Much of that time was as a press photographer for newspapers in the UK and Northern Cyprus which allowed me to gain the necessary experience and skills that I now use to cover a wide variety of subjects from weddings and family portraits to real estate and commercial advertising.
I am always keen to take on new projects so please drop me a message using the Contact page and I'll be happy to help!
“One of the most friendly photographers I have ever met. Captures such lovely, genuine photos in the moment! I have some wonderful candid pictures to be put into a graduation album. Truly captured some amazing memories! Everyone was so pleased with the pictures. Thank you!!! An amazing photographer, 100% would recommend and 100% would ask to take my photos again. Loved them all!.”
